Vinyl flooring, when looked after correctly can last for over 25 years. It’s extremely durable, hard-wearing and easy to keep clean. Choosing vinyl flooring is an investment – you’ll have excellent quality flooring that will last for many years into the future.
To keep your newly laid carpet looking spic-and-span, you should clean it regularly using a decent vacuum cleaner. Clean up any accidents, dirt or spillages immediately with a damp cloth.
Most manufacturers say the more you vacuum a carpet the better it keeps! (e.g. on a daily basis) our recommendation is 2-3 times a week with a upright plug-in (not a cordless) vacuum cleaner with bar beater. Do not let dirt, crumbs or dust get trodden into the carpet as this will make the carpet get worn faster than if it’s kept clean.

We certainly can! Our team can remove your old flooring, laminate or carpet and dispose of it responsibly before laying your brand new flooring. We can uplift and wrap for the customer to dispose of, or we offer uplift and disposal service for your convenience both at a small additional cost.
Absolutely. We understand that moving furniture can be a hassle and time consuming, so we’re able to help you prepare your room ready for your new vinyl flooring to be laid. Yes, we ask you to move all small items & things of value/breakables and we will move the bulkier items at a small additional cost.
We have different types of underlay available to suit different budgets and uses. Speak to one of our team today for a no obligation chat about whether your new carpet installation needs a new underlay too. Often, replacing your underlay at the same time means that your new flooring will be more durable and feel even better to walk on.
